Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• The customer provides proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Personal care or hygiene-related products once opened.
• Items marked as final sale.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item if it arrives damaged.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
